Preparing an order

After payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Preparation occurs before the parcel is passed to the carrier.

Transit after shipment

Carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days from dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and this estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Checkout displays the delivery choices and charges available for the order.

Tracking and delivery exceptions

Confirm your delivery address before submitting an order. A first carrier scan can take time to appear. For a delay, lost parcel, transit damage, or a delivery scan without receipt, email vularuhuvux72@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and tracking reference.
