How is delivery timed?

Orders usually need 1–2 business days of preparation after authorization, followed by estimated carrier transit of 4–6 business days after shipping. See the Shipping Policy for tracking guidance.

Can I return an item or request an exchange?

Eligible new and unused preference returns, as well as requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods, can be made within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are considered subject to review and inventory.

How do I begin a return?
