Refund Policy

Return and exchange requests

Within 30 days after delivery, you may request a return or exchange. Eligible preference or mistaken-selection returns must be new, unused, and in original condition. We also review damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods. Legal rights that cannot be excluded remain available.

Approval before mailing

Contact vularuhuvux72@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and reason. For a problem item, include useful photos or video and retain the product, packaging, and parts. Wait for approval and the accurate return address before mailing; the correspondence address is not automatically the return facility.

Label and refund timing

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible mailed return. Ask us for assistance if it is missing or lost, and use it only after approval. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and available stock. We process or initiate an approved refund to the original method within 10 days; a provider may need additional time to post it.
